Managed Services & Supplementary On-Site Support Tokens (SOS)
Managed Services enable clients to have a qualified IT Consultant to attend the site for an agreed number of days throughout the year. Duties include issues that are not part of a Standard Service Agreement, which include, but are not limited to: -
- General System Administration:
- Freeing up hard disk space
- Analysing error logs and system reporting
- Performing Back-up actions including verifying restores
- Creating new users for Email & Network connectivity
- Adjusting Permissions
- Amending Drive Mappings & File Locations
- Management of Print queues & multiple locations
- Router, Internet & Email Management
- Virus checks, automated updates & recently released patch installs
- Internal equipment relocation
- Optimisation
- Software Loading and Configuration
- Hardware Connections / Upgrade of Existing Equipment
Supplementary On-Site Support Tokens (SOS) provide clients with a similar service to Managed Services but on an hourly rate instead of a daily rate, enabling all types of clients to take advantage of the service.
